Congratulations you have signed up to a premium booth.  

Here are step by step instructions for booth requirements:

1) Choose one of your 6 available designs (below)
2) Send us images for each of images in the booth design.  

• If your selected booth has 6 images please send us all 6 images.  
• Each image needs to be separately named in line with your booth picture, for instance image 1 or image 2 
• The dimensions for these images are seen in the pictures.  These sizes are in pixels. 
• We advise images to be no bigger than 1MB 

3) If you want your image to link to a specific URL.  Please highlight these below.  These links can be to pages which are still in build phase
4) Video assets should be placed on vimeo or You Tube.  
5) Stand links.  Please include all other links you would like to have from your stand
 
PLEASE NOTE, once your booth is built there will only be time for one change prior to the show.

Our top tips 

• Images are small so keep text to a minimum - keep them clear and engaging
• Think about marketing ideas to entice people to come and chat with you for instance 
  • Chat with xxx 
  • Secure 10% off 
  • Never before seen piece 
• Keep videos between one and two minutes to keep people engaged 
• If you want to highlight something specific make sure that is your lead image
• Don't forget your logo and branding needs to be included on one of the images so the stand can be recognised
