To help us build your Booth, please complete as much of this form as you can.

Some notes to help you:
You have 2 booths to choose from (1-2 below).
As a standard booth holder, you can add up to 5 links or files.
You need to provide us with the images for each of the spaces in the booth design.  

• If your selected booth has 4 images please send us all 4 images.  
• Each image needs to be separately named in line with your booth picture, for instance image 1 or image 2 
• The dimensions for these images are seen in the pictures. Click on the image to make it bigger!
• We advise images to be no bigger than 2MB (it says max 20MB in this form but it is 2MB!) - this ensures your booth loads quickly if a visitor has a poor internet connection.
• Images should be in png/jpg/gif format

If you want your image to link to a specific URL.  Please highlight these below.  These links can be to pages that you are yet to build content on. 

Video assets should be placed on Vimeo or YouTube, and be included as a link below. Where you have multiple videos we recommended that you create a "Channel" on YouTube where you can store all your videos under one link. 

Optional Selection of Avatar(s). Please provide details of your preferred avatar(s) if desired. Recommended suggestions:

• Number of Avatars (None, one or two)
• Gender
• Ethnicity
• Age (or a general age range at least!)
• Dress (Smart/Casual)

Note: We cannot guarantee that your preferred Avatar is available but we'll let you see alternatives if we can't find a perfect match.
 
Our top tips 

• Images are small so keep text to a minimum - keep them clear and engaging
• Keep videos between one and two minutes to keep people engaged 
• Don't forget your logo and branding needs to be included on one of the main Booth images to help visitors recognise your Booth
